About the Products

What size should I get?

We provide a sizing chart within the menu bar for your convenience, and all our sizes are unisex. For an oversized fit, we recommend going 1-2 sizes up.

Are other sizes available?

Absolutely! We offer up to 3XL for most of our apparel. Please bear in mind that there may be an additional 1-2 weeks of processing time, as we don't always have 2XL and 3XL sizes readily available.

Ordering & Shipping

How long does it take for my item to ship? 

Typically, your package should be shipped to you within 1-2 weeks. Once your package is on its way, it should take about a week to reach your doorstep, assuming there are no issues with our shipping partner. Each item is crafted individually to ensure perfection, so we appreciate your patience during this process.

Is international shipping available? 

Yes, we can certainly arrange international shipping. Feel free to reach out to, and we'll provide you with all the necessary details for a special international shipment.

What payment methods do you accept?


Can I change or cancel my order once it's placed?

Unfortunately, as every item is made-to-order we're unable to modify or cancel orders once they've been placed.

How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be provided once your order is ready to be shipped!

Custom Designs

Do you do custom designs?

Yes, we do! To get started, you can DM us on Instagram @ThreadsByCali or click "Custom Designs" in the menu bar. If you're only looking for custom text, you can order this directly through the website! LINK

How does the custom design process work?

We'll collaborate closely with you to understand your requirements, after which we'll provide a price quote. Prices start at $65USD, with the final cost depending on the design's complexity. Once payment is received, we'll digitize the design and aim to ship your customized item within our standard 1-2 week processing time!

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We don't generally accept returns or exchanges due to the made-to-order nature of our items, except in certain situations such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. Thank you for your understanding!

What do I do if my product is damaged or incorrect?

If there's a problem with your order, please reach out immediately to me at, and we'll resolve the issue as swiftly as possible. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience!

What do I do if my product got returned?

If your product was returned, it may be due to an incorrect address. Our shipping partner usually labels these packages as "Insufficient address", "no such number", or "no such address". Since we initially offer free US / Canada shipping, we kindly ask you to cover the reshipment cost. To arrange this, please purchase the reshipment listing below. Include your original order number and the correct address for reshipment. Note that this is only for products returned to sender! LINK

What do I do if my product was Lost / Damaged / Stolen?
